Maybe there is a healthy way for you to last longer in bed.  You hear it all over the radio, see on the news, read about it in newspapers and magazines and I'm sure you talk about it amongst your friends and colleagues. Health and fitness is becoming not only all the rage but a way of life for more and more people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired! People have turned a blind eye towards some medications and are opting to heal themselves from the use of proper diet and exercise, and in doing so are not only becoming fit, but are taking years off of their lives! It has been suggested that diet and exercise are not only helping people feel better, eating properly is also helping men last longer in the bedroom! How is this so?


Poor diet has been linked to several problems men have had in the bedroom, including erectile dysfunction. It has also been linked with to men's inability to last during sex, by that I mean last longer to help your partner achieve an orgasm as well as yourself. Beings that the female body takes longer to stimulate to the point of orgasm, it makes sense that the male body would need to slow itself down from ejaculating in order to keep up with her, so to speak. Nutrition plays a part in sexual endurance just as much as it does a part in physical or muscular endurance. By eating properly and providing the right vitamins and nutrients your body needs to produce stamina for things like sports for instance, your time in the bedroom can benefit as well! Certain vitamins are known to produce proper circulation and blood flow to all parts of the body, including the penis. By overloading on certain B vitamins for instance, you are creating a situation where the penis can become over sensitive to the touch due to this blood flow. It is just as important to regulate the amount of certain nutrients your body needs to ensure that you are getting the true benefit of them, and not suffering from the unfortunate scenario premature ejaculation can cause.

Sexual performance and endurance can benefit greatly from the effects of a proper diet in more ways than prolonging ejaculation. When you're entire body is performing at it's optimum level of performance, the physical aspect of sex itself can become a lot easier for you to endure. Certain positions that you both may enjoy may become harder to perform if your body is constantly getting sore from the repeated use of some muscles. Just like playing some sports may become more difficult should you find yourself out of shape, so can the act of sexual intercourse so much to the point where you find yourself wanting to rush things through, like achieving orgasm, just so you can rest. Let's face, sex is a extremely physical act and if you're out of shape, it can become tiring! By maintaining a proper diet and keeping yourself healthy, you'll find your endurance is that of what it was when you were 25! (Well, almost!)

Not only will you look better, you'll feel better and can even enjoy the new found energy you need to perform in the bedroom! There's no limit to the amount of good things that can come from lasting longer in bed by eating properly!
