Ejaculation in Young Men
Men are supposed to be strong, and we’re supposed to be able to satisfy
our partners when we make love. That’s why it’s so embarrassing if you
suffer from premature ejaculation. This is where you ejaculate too
quickly during sex, before you have chance to make your partner
excited. This might be something that you don’t need to worry about; it

If a man is not able to hold off ejaculation then this will be called
premature ejaculation. It is a very common condition and every man has

as the squeeze technique, for this you do need the help of your
partner. You simply start sex as normal and when you feel like you want
to shoot get your partner to grip tightly around your penis. They
should continue to hold tightly until you no longer feel like
ejaculating.
This technique does have the drawback of sometimes causing you to lose
some of your erection; however this isn’t hard to get back as you need
to do some more foreplay. Don’t allow yourself to ejaculate and carry
on repeating. Once you get used to how to control the feeling you
should find it much easier to make your partner happy.
Other techniques
You might also try masturbating a couple of hours before you are going
to have sex so that you find it much easier to control your urges. If
you believe that your problem is being caused by pressure and stress
then you might try abstaining for a few weeks to try and make sex more
enjoyable. While abstaining from sex it doesn’t mean that you can’t use
other forms of sex without penetration.
Exercise
Although exercise is required for a healthy life, you should do it
after sex not before. If you do it just before sex then this can take
blood away from your penis resulting in a less hard erection which can
make the risk of premature ejaculation greater.
The best way you can cure your condition is to try a number of the

if not then you might want to try medication. It’s always worth talking
to your doctor as the cause could potentially be as a result of an
undiagnosed illness.
